Bailout Bill Guarantees a Depression - Video
Rep. Ron Paul
Issue CLXXIII - October 3, 2008
Not everybody supported the pernicious pork-laden $700 billion bailout bill that passed in the House of Representatives today. In this brief speech, Rep. Ron Paul displayed his usual staunch, principled advocacy of economic freedom and criticism of reckless government policies that brought the current crisis upon us in the first place. Give this video a rating of five stars here.
___________
Congressman Ron Paul of Texas enjoys a national reputation as the premier advocate for liberty in politics today. Dr. Paul is the leading spokesman in Washington for limited constitutional government, low taxes, free markets, and a return to sound monetary policies based on commodity-backed currency. He is known among both his colleagues in Congress and his constituents for his consistent voting record in the House of Representatives: Dr. Paul never votes for legislation unless the proposed measure is expressly authorized by the Constitution.

I have no respect for any politician who advocates any government involvement beyond the military, the police, and the law courts. The US and, in fact, the rest of the civilized world, desperately need more people like Congressman Ron Paul. May he keep his seat for a very long time.
Who, out of the two statist presidential candidates, is the less evil?
Sincerely,
